Today's Poll

This week Marriott hotels launched a program that encourages guests to tip the housekeeping staff. The company says the program, called The Envelope Please, makes it easier for guests to show their gratitude to room attendants, who often go unnoticed. What do you think of this idea?
Room attendants are not paid well, so hotels should encourage tipping.
Hotels should pay their room attendants more. Guests shouldn?t feel obligated to bridge the pay gap.
Tips should be given only for service above and beyond what?s expected.
