Deputies investigating car entries
The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a rash of car entries that were found Monday morning in Wilmot.
Deputies were called first at 6:32 a.m. to a residence in the 31500 block of 118th Street where a man said someone entered his unlocked vehicle and took $10 cash. Several electronic items in the car were left undisturbed, however.
Reports said deputies also were called to the 31800 block of 117th Street and the 30800 block of 114th Street. All of the cars involved appeared to have been left unlocked.
