Fire damages shed in Pleasant Prairie
A fire was reported about 5:15 a.m. at 1905 89th Street in Pleasant Prairie.
Initially the fire was reported as a grass fire, but the first responding officers said the blaze had spread to a shed and flames were about a story high.
The fire engulfed the shed behind the house and caused damage to a snowmobile, a boat and 4-wheeler, a resident said.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but a resident said her neighbors had been burning leaves throughout the day on Sunday.
