Evaluation still pending in attempted murder case
A psychiatric evaluation has not been completed for a man charged with attempted murder for attacking his girlfriend, a county correctional officer, with a knife.
The examination was ordered in May, but Regenald O. Ward had not been evaluated as of Thursday, when lawyers met in court to discuss his case.
