Judge will allow driver’s admission to be used in her double fatal trial
Jurors may hear a West Allis woman’s admission that she was driving during a crash that killed an Illinois woman and her son, a judge decided.
No trial date has been set, but if Cara Michalski’s case goes to trial, her statement will be allowed, Kenosha County Circuit Judge Mary Wagner said Thursday.
