Kenosha teen faces additional charges from shooting incidents
A Kenosha teenager already facing attempted homicide charges for a drive-by shooting in Racine now faces additional charges for a second shooting.
Jorge Rincon Jr., 15, was charged as party to the crime of attempted homicide in October for the shooting of a man near 13th Street and South Memorial Drive in Racine on Oct. 2.
