A Waukesha lawyer will take over the case of an Illinois man accused of killing a man outside a Kenosha bar.
Defense attorney Anthony D. Cotton appeared in court Friday with David B. “Crispy” Hall, 34, of Calumet City, whose murder case was delayed indefinitely in November 2009 after what a prosecutor called a suspicious, “11th hour” request for a new lawyer.
