Holly Crooks

Holly Crooks of Kenosha, died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011, at Seasons Hospice in Waukesha.

She was born on Oct. 16, 1960, in Illinois the daughter of the late Michael and Patricia (Pitsch) Crooks. She was educated in the schools of Lake Forest, Ill., She was a homemaker and loved music, reading, sewing, baking and knitting.

She is survived by a son, Adrien M. Crooks of Racine and a brother, Lance (Lalaine) Crooks of Lakewood, Ill. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Cash Crooks.

A memorial gathering will be Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011, from 10:30-12 noon at Woodstock Rehab. 3415-Sheridan Rd. Kenosha.
