Dennis J. Gross, 74, and a resident of Kenosha died Monday Sept. 12, 2011, at Kenosha Hospital and Medical Center.
Born on May 18, 1937, in Kenosha, he was the son of the late Harold H. and Edna A. (Pitts) Gross. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from St. Joseph High School. He enlisted in the Unites States Army National Guard, where he served as an assistant gunner and sharpshooter in the 126th Field Artillery Battalion from 1955-1958 and again from 1961 to 1962.
Dennis was employed for many years as a salesman, working for Sears, Total Furniture, and Carpets Plus. He was an avid Packer fan, and enjoyed golf, cribbage, softball and bowling. He was a past member of the Holy Name Society and was known as a singer in his childhood.
On June 10, 2005, he was united in marriage to Kathie F. (Vaughn) Gross who survives him. He is also survived by three sons, Michael J. Gross of Kenosha, Steven D. (Erin) Gross of Tomah, Wis., and Danny D. Hardy of Kenosha, as well as a daughter, Kathy A. Hardy of Kenosha. Surviving Dennis also are his brother, Robert H. (Katherine) of Canoga Park, Calif., and a sister, Betty Lou Becker of Kenosha. He is further survived by his nine grandchildren, and also his former wives, Judith M. Pavlik and Nicki S. Sheffer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Debbie Gross.
Funeral services will be Monday Sept. 19, 2011, at Kemper Center at 6 p.m. Visitation with the family will take place at Kemper Center from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 6 p.m. Private interment will take place at the South Eastern Wisconsin Memorial Veterans Cemetery.

Matilde "Matt" DeLeon, Jr., 78, of Kenosha, died on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011, at Aurora Medical Center.
Born in San Benito, TX on May 29, 1933, he was the son of the late Matilde and Tomasita (Pequeno) DeLeon.

Roger C. Meade, 74, of Kenosha, passed away at his residence on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011, surrounded by his loving family.
Patricia L. Rossow, 78, formerly of Kenosha, Wis., passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Oct. 20, 2011.

Tammy M. Stollings, 48, of Slades Corners, Kenosha County passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011, surrounded by her loving husband and family.
Jah'niya Jayonna Wright went home to be an angel on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011.
She is the infant daughter of Tanika Cooks and John Wright.
