Denise Lashelle “Saydoe” Lear of Kenosha, was born on Feb. 22, 1975, to Antonette Lear and Hector Encarnacion in Waukegan, Ill.

Denise attended both the Zion and Kenosha public school districts. At the time of her death Denise was employed by First Student Transportation in Kenosha, Wis.

Denise was a true sports mom, animal lover and loved children.

Denise leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Antonette Lear of Zion, Ill.; sons, Melvin Lewis III, Ty’ion Lewis and Patrick Young, Jr., all of Kenosha, Wis.; paternal grandparents, Carlos and Maria (Margo) Martinez of Kissimmee, Fla.; three sisters; one brother; ten aunts; seven uncles; five great aunts; two great uncles and twelve nieces and nephews. Denise also leaves a very large host of cousins and friends; her beloved companion, Leon Price, as well as special friends, Keta Braun and Kimberly Anderson.

Denise is preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Marcelina Rios; father, Hector Encarnacion; maternal grandparents, James and Rosie Lear and uncle Maurice Lear.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, at Jesus Name Apostolic Church (208 Lake Street Waukegan, IL.) Wake will be at 11 a.m. with services to follow. Interment immediately following at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Zion, IL.
