Agnes B. Dziulak, 90, of Twin Lakes, Wis., passed away Monday, Oct. 17, 2011, at Walnut Grove in Lake Geneva, Wis.
She was born in Germany on Feb. 6, 1921, the daughter of the late Itnatz and Anna (Hilbers) Kolker. She came to the United States in 1951 from Germany. She enjoyed playing cards and watching sports on T.V., especially her beloved Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers. She celebrated her 90th birthday with a Green Bay Packer Super Bowl Win this past February.
She is survived by her five children, Regina Livingston of Twin Lakes, Wis. Stephany (Lynn) Rittmer of Neshkoro, Wis., Peter Dziulak of California, Mary (James) May of Utah and Agi Dziulak of Genoa City, Wis.; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by one brother and many nephews, nieces and extended family still in Germany. She was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, Oct. 24, 2011, at 11 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church in Twin Lakes, Wis. Burial will be in Mound Prairie Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Haase-Derrick-Lockwood Funeral Homes 620 Legion Dr. Twin Lakes, WI.
