Ione E. Smith-Kreamer, 95, passed away peacefully Friday, Nov. 4, at Brookside Care Center with her nephew at her side.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Nov. 7, at The First Methodist Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Proko Funeral Home and on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the services at The First Methodist Church. Ione loved flowers, but her request was to have donations in her name made to The First United Methodist Church, PEO Scholarship Fund, AAUW Scholarship Fund, Retired Teachers Scholarship Fund or Danish Sisterhood Lodge.
