Mary E. Sturm, 66, of Wesley Chapel, passed away due to complications from heart surgery on Nov. 25, 2011.

Mary was born in Kenosha. She was a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of South Florida with a BS in Information Technology and worked for IBM. She had an earlier career in Nursing for 23 years. Mary was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert; sons, Karl and his wife, Jeanmarie, and Brian; grandsons, Tyler and Alex; sisters, Karen, Patricia and Joanne. Mary was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret.
Visitation will be on Thursday, Dec. 1, from 11-1 p.m. with a service at 1 p.m. at Blount & Curry Carrollwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
