Joginder Singh Jutley

1948 – 2012

Joginder Singh Jutley, 63, of Racine, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, March 12, 2012.

Joginder was born in Uganda on Dec. 14, 1948, to Puran Singh Jutley and Elizabeth (nee: Chazike) Jutley. He came to the United States in June of 1973. From then on, Joginder has been responsible for sponsoring many family members and friends, from around the world, on their journey to becoming United States citizens.

On March 4, 1975, in India, he was united in marriage with the love of his life, Gurvinder K. Virdi. They are devoted members of the Sikh faith. As a skilled tradesman, Joginder has been employed for over 35 years in the welding shop at Pneumatech of Kenosha. With a profound passion for the sport of boxing, Joginder has been the leader of Racine Boxing Club for nearly 30 years.

Surviving are his loving wife of over 37 years, Gurvinder K. Jutley; their children, Ranjita K. Jutley, Kulvinder S. (Gabriella) Jutley and Harinder S. Jutley; mother, Elizabeth Jutley; grandchildren, Malaika and Anaiya Murphy; Mario Rangel; Rahul-Ismael Jutley, Kulvinder S. Jutley Jr. and Indio S. Jutley; other relatives and friends in the United States and throughout the world.

Traditional services with the rites and rituals of the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin will be held in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Saturday, March 24, 2012, at 1 pm. All are welcome to attend.
