Robert E. Collar, 83, passed away at Woodstock Care Center in Kenosha on Saturday evening, Nov. 14, 2009.

His funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, in the funeral home. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5 p.m. until the time of the service. Private burial, with full military honors, will be held in the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery.
