1930 - 2009

Gertrude Zerbach, 78, a resident of Burlington, died Friday, Feb. 20, 2009, at Aurora Memorial Hospitalof Burlington.

She was born April 16, 1930, in Michigan. She was employed for many years at Ball Foster.

She is survived by two sisters, Mary Lou Christiansen and Regina (Denny) Jorde, as well as special friends, Barb, Mike, Tammy, Tom, Cale, and Noah. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2009, from 4-8 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Burlington (587 E. State Street).
