Anthony Sippy posted his second win of the season in the Kenosha News’ NASCAR “U Pick ’Em Checkered Flag” online contest last week.

The Paddock Lake resident scored 903 points for his picks in the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 in Richmond, Va., Saturday night. Diane Derby won the national contest with 980 points....More

The Kenosha News Football Poll will ring in its 41st year with more prize money for the champion.

The weekly champion will receive $75, instead of the customary $50, which has been the take since the days of Bart Starr ... as Packer coach, not player!...More

Thompson local winner in NASCAR ‘U Pick ’em’ contest

David Thompson was the local winner in the Kenosha News’ NASCAR “U Pick ’Em Checkered Flag” contest for his picks in the Subway Fresh Fit 500 at the Phoenix International Raceway on April 18.

Thompson, a Burlington resident, earned two tickets to the May 13 Milwaukee Brewers-Florida Marlins game at Miller Park and a month extension to his Kenosha News subscription. Thompson was first with 616 points. Kenosha’s Pam Jenkins was second with 603....More
