Streich rolls pair of 300s en route to 858 series
Jerry Streich bowled two 300 games, the latter capping a career-high 858 series, in the KSBA Senior-Regular Scratch Doubles Tournament on Sunday at Sheridan Lanes.
Streich and teammate Dave Sjuggerud lost in the first round of match play and finished 11th overall out of 46 teams.
Wally Pekovich also rolled a 300 game in the qualifying portion of the tournament, which featured one bowler age 50 or older and another under 50 on each team.

She bowls for Northern Lights.n Greenwood’s first 700: At Guttormsen Recreation Center, Ryne Greenwood, 16, put together his first 700 series — a 707 — in the Monday High School Pin Busters League. He rolled games of 213, 257 and 237.n Yee’s tops: Yee’s Oriental Inn won the first third championship in the Recreation League at Sheridan Lanes.
