Most memorable high school moment: My favorite memory of high school is being on homecoming court, riding in the homecoming parade and making my homecoming video with my best friend and my brother.
Most influential teacher: Mr. Todd Hardy
Class taught: Dean of Students
Please explain why: Mr. Hardy was one of the people who got me involved in student government. He supported me when I decided to run for a position on the executive board and has helped me with the events my committee has run over the past two years. Mr. Hardy taught me to enjoy the little things that go into planning and executing these events.
School activities/clubs: Concert band, jazz band, National Honor Society, pep band, student government
Other school activities: Tromanettes
School athletics: Cross country, golf
School offices held: Senior director of Student Engagement and Diversity Services for student government
Honors, letters or awards: Varsity letter for cross country
College choice: University of Wisconsin-Madison
Intended major/field of study: Civil engineering
Role model: My grandpa, Bruno Aiello
Three words that best describe my role model: Hard-working, humorous, independent
What I hope to accomplish in my lifetime: I hope to channel my love for building things and working with people to a career where I can positively impact people’s daily lives through the constructed environment. Helping to build the things that society needs such as roads, factories and hospitals would be very rewarding to me.
