WILMOT — Holy Cross Catholic Church in Wilmot will host a spaghetti dinner and raffle today from 3 to 8 p.m.

It will be held at the church at the intersection of highways C and B in Wilmot.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children and those under age 5 are free.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE — The ladies of St. Therese Parish in Pleasant Prairie will host a fashion show featuring First Communion dresses and veils on Sunday at 1:30 p.m., in the St. Therese of Lisieux Parish Hall, 2020 91st St.

Admission is free and refreshments will be served.

Kenosha Bible Church to host No Regrets Men’s Conference

KENOSHA — The 2019 No Regrets Men’s Conference will be streamed live in high definition to Kenosha Bible Church, 5405 67th St. in Kenosha, on Feb. 2.

Doors open at 7:30 a.m. for registration, packet pickup and a continental breakfast, and the conference begins at 8:30 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m.

No Regrets is an annual live one-day event for men ages 13 and up who are choosing to walk toward a lifetime of faith in Jesus. In real-time, attendees will view the sessions from platform speakers at Elmbrook Church, a non-denominational, evangelical Christian church located in Brookfield.

Platform speakers include nationally known individuals Steve Sonderman, Rod Hairston, Bryan Loritts, Dan Seaborn and Gordon MacDonald.

There will also be live breakout sessions throughout the day covering a range of topics led by local pastors and community leaders and worship led by the Kenosha Bible Church worship band.

The event is open to all men ages 13 and up. Individual Early Bird registration cost is $25, which includes lunch ($30 after Jan. 20). Registrations can be made on the website kenoshabible.org/noregrets or at the door on the day of the event.

St. Alphonsus Church to host 30th GREAT Nite Out on Feb. 9

NEW MUNSTER — St. Alphonsus Church will host its 30th annual GREAT Nite Out from 7 p.m. to midnight Feb. 9at Bella Vita Banquet Hall, 34816 Geneva Road, New Munster.

The event is an evening of games, raffles, food and togetherness. The GREAT Nite Out is for everyone over the age of 18 from the parish and surrounding community to socialize, play cards or games and enter the evening’s raffle drawings. Prizes include Vera Bradley items, electronics, power tools and hundreds of other items.

Free beer, rail drinks, soda, snacks, cards and a late night sandwich are included with your $13 admission. No alcohol carry-ins allowed.

Somers church offers free diapers, wipes for those in need

SOMERS — Somers Community United Church of Christ, 9918 12th St., is offering free diapers and wipes to families in need from 2 to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays.

Parents or authorized caregivers need to bring photo identification and a utility bill with current address.

Women who are expecting may begin visiting the diaper bank at the beginning of their third trimester.
