Career fair slated at Herzing
Herzing University, 4006 Washington Road, is hosting a career fair 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday.
The event is open to the general public and all students.
Local employers from a variety of companies will be on hand with several job opportunities — including internships.
Attendees are advised to dress professionally and come with copies of their resumes.

Racine IT firm earns distinction
RACINE — CCB Technology, which provides information technology services to businesses, has announced that CRN, a brand of The Channel Co., has named CCB Technology to its 2019 Managed Service Provider 500 list in the Elite 150 category for the fourth year in a row.
This annual list recognizes North American IT solution providers with innovative approaches to managed services.
CRN’s MSP 500 list identifies the most groundbreaking MSP organizations. The Elite 150 category specifically recognizes large, data center-focused MSPs with a strong mix of on-premises and off-premises services.
CCB’s managed IT services, which opened in 2011, was in response to the growing need of clients for IT assistance and expertise. Since then, CCB has invested in constant education and certification to help clients stay up-to-date and plan for future success.

Modern Woodmen lauds local agents
Modern Woodmen of America has announced that Jeremy J. Johnson of Kenosha and Jonathan Nelson of Racine have been named to Modern Woodmen’s President’s Cabinet.
This distinction recognizes their high achievement in the sales of financial products to meet families’ protection, savings and retirement needs.
The two rank among the organization’s top representatives nationwide.
Modern Woodmen of America is a fraternal financial services organization offering financial products and fraternal member benefits to individuals and families throughout the United States.
Berkshire Hathaway agents to be honored
Ten members of the Berkshire Hathaway Epic Real Estate are to be recognized in March for exemplary 2018 sales at the Berkshire Hathaway National Convention in Las Vegas.
They were recognized for producing in the top percentage of sales out of nearly 50,000 real estate agents nationally, according to co-owner Tony DeBartolo.
Laura Stoner, Laura Woltersdorf, Robbyn Struck and A. J. Swartz have been recognized for the Chairman’s Circle award.
Marque Bourque was named to the Presidents Circle.
Tony Bitar, Steve Bostrum, Katie Johnson and Tony DeBartolo were named to the Leading Edge.
Peter DeBartolo was named to the Honor Society.
Co-owner Bourque said they each had a very productive year in 2018 and consistently met or exceeded their sales goals.
Piggly Wiggly offering grocery delivery
Piggly Wiggly Midwest is now offering same-day delivery service.
Piggly Wiggly is partnering with online grocer Instacart to provide the service from nearly all Piggly Wiggly Midwest stores throughout Wisconsin.
Piggly Wiggly Midwest customers throughout Wisconsin can go online to Instacart.com/ShopthePig or open the Instacart mobile app on their iPhone or Android device, select their city and store, add groceries to their Instacart grocery cart, then choose a delivery window within one hour or up to five days in advance before checking out. An Instacart personal shopper will then pick, pack and deliver the order to the customer in the designated time frame.
First-time customers of Piggly Wiggly Midwest on Instacart can enter the code PWM1035 at checkout now through March 23 to get $10 off an order of $35 or more.
Instacart also partners with a number of other retailers, including Costco, Aldi, Petco, CVS, Pick ‘n Save, Sam’s Club and Fresh Thyme.
