A program on diversity and inclusion in the workplace is set for Thursday at Carthage College.
The speaker for the luncheon presentation, which will be noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Jockey Room of the Todd Wehr Center on the campus, 2001 Alford Park Drive, is Randall Tucker, chief inclusion officer at Mastercard.
With Mastercard since 2017, Tucker is responsible for “aligning the company’s global diversity and inclusion initiatives with the corporate business strategy to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to reach their greatest potential,” according to a news release.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Tucker was the senior director of inclusion and diversity at Darden Restaurants Inc. He previously held a similar position at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
The presentation and luncheon are free and open to the public, but registration is required.
