“Navigating the New Economy: The Booming Border,” a panel discussion about the booming southeastern Wisconsin economy, will be 8:30 to 10 a.m. June 17 in the Civil War Museum, 5400 First Ave.
The panel plans to discuss workforce, housing and transportation issues in the region.
Panelists are Wisconsin Revenue Secretary Peter Barca; Carthage College economics professor Cassie Lau; Heather Wessling, vice president of economic development for the Kenosha Area Business Alliance and former president of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association; and state Reps. Tod Ohnstad, D-Kenosha, and Samantha Kerkman, R-Salem Lakes.
