A multi-tenant shopping plaza in Pleasant Prairie that fronts Highway 50 has been sold.
Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. reported last week that it brokered the sale of shopping center at 9740-9800 76th St.
The roughly 26,000-square-foot property was built in 2007 and is fully leased. Tenants include Starbucks, Panda Express, Aspen Dental and AT&T.
The seller was a Chicago-based private investor, and the buyer was a Miami-based investor.
“The seller was able to exit this asset at an attractive price point after almost 10 years of ownership,” said Chad Firsel, Quantum president. “We were able to generate multiple offers on the asset, showing continued demand for high-quality strip centers.”
“The buyer was pleased to obtain such a well-located asset with an even stronger tenant lineup,” said Daniel Waszak, senior vice president of Quantum, who represented the buyer. “They were also attracted to the long-term occupancy and multiple lease renewals within the center.”
