The Zilber Property Group is actively seeking a manufacturing or warehousing tenant to occupy space in an industrial building it purchased for $6.64 million last week in Pleasant Prairie’s LakeView Corporate Park.

Chelsea Couette, Zilber’s business development manager, said the 121,000-square-foot building located at 8778 100th St. lends itself to a single user.

Located on a 7.1-acre tract, the facility could accommodate a manufacturer or a warehouse company.

It has a 12,000-square-foot office build out, has six expandable loading docks and a 50-foot-by-50-foot bay area.

The Milwaukee-based Zilber announced it was expanding its industrial portfolio of properties on Aug. 30 as a move to attract more industry to the Kenosha County area.

It currently has industrial buildings in Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, Burlington and New Berlin in Wisconsin and holdings outside of the state.

It also has several retail and commercial property holdings.

John Kersey, a company vice president, said the purchase represents the company’s ongoing commitment to invest in the areas as an attractive location for industrial users.

Zilber has been a major player in the realty phase of economic development in Kenosha County.
