Kenosha Police were releasing little information on a shooting that left a teenager injured Friday.
Police were called at 9:17 p.m. to the area of 61st Street and 24th Avenue for reports of gunfire. When they searched the area, they found the shooting had occurred in the 1500 block of 61st Street. Multiple shell casings were found in the area.
Police said a teenage boy was shot in the foot, but did not release any other information about the victim, including his age.
According to information on the police scanner, the victim was driven to the hospital.
There were no other injuries reported.
Police said there was limited cooperation from witnesses.
