Devonta Stevens, 33, of Kenosha, was charged Wednesday with operating while intoxicated-fourth offense, threat to a family member or witness, operating without a license, and obstructing police.
Stevens was arrested March 5 at about 10 a.m. after a hit-and-run with a parked vehicle on the 5400 block of 25th Avenue.
When he was taken into custody, he provided a false name. While being taken to jail,
Stevens allegedly told the police officer he was going to find the officer’s daughter and kill her.
He is being held on $6,500 bond.
