Kenosha police arrested a man accused of making threats to kill a woman during an argument at a home in Prairie Lake Estates the night of Wednesday, March 20.

The 60-year-old Kenosha man was taken into custody following the 9 p.m. incident that had continued into early Thursday, March 21, according to a Kenosha Police Department report. He was released on bond. Police recommended charges of disorderly conduct involving domestic violence.

According to the report, the woman recorded a portion of the argument in which the man said he would kill the woman and bury her behind a garage.

According to the report, the man admitted to having an argument with the woman, but denied saying he would kill her. He said he was trying to get her to move out of his residence, but the woman refused.

The man also told police that he had $8,000 in cash that had gone missing and the woman denied knowing what happened to the money. The man alleged the woman uses heroin and believes she stole the money, according to the report.
