Two Illinois women were found in the parking lot of a Pleasant Prairie hotel in a stolen car that contained several bags of methamphetamine.

Mindy Bravo, 25, of Chicago, and Brenda Bussey, 21, of Niles, were arrested Tuesday evening in the parking lot of La Quinta, 7540 118th Ave. Police had received information that Bussey would be there, and that there was an arrest warrant for her from Cook County.

When officers took the pair into custody, they found 15 grams of what they believe is methamphetamine in several packages, a scale, pipes, needles and multiple identification cards and financial cards with different names.

They were each charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bravo is being held on $5,000 bond, Bussey on $20,000. Bussey is also facing extradition to Illinois on a $100,000 warrant from Cook County.
