Lance Tussler, 62, of Kenosha, was charged Monday with operating while intoxicated-fifth offense.
Tussler was stopped by a Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputy June 1 on the 8300 block of 18th Street in Somers after a caller reported a silver Buick that was “all over the road.”
According to the criminal complaint, Tussler admitted he had been drinking and that he had open alcohol in the vehicle. He failed a field sobriety test, and a breath test showed a BAC of .201. Tussler’s driver’s license has a restriction that he not operate a vehicle with a BAC of .02 or greater. His most recent OWI conviction was in 1995.
He was held on $7,500 bond.
