Pleasant Prairie police investigating Friday pickup truck crash into a house

Emergency crews, law enforcement and tow trucks responded after a pickup truck that crashed into the side of a house at 6524 83rd Place Friday afternoon.

A 54-year-Pleasant Prairie driver of the pickup truck that crashed into the side of a house at 6524 83rd Place Friday afternoon has been cited for failure to control his vehicle.

Police said the accident occurred at 4:45 p.m. when the driver, Anthony Bisciglia, lost control of his truck and crash into the brick on the side of the house, landing partly in the basement, causing an undetermined amount of damage.

Two people were in another part of the house when the crash occurred. No one was injured.

Police said Bisciglia who had left a construction site, told them he had cut has hand and may have lost consciousness before the crash.

They said no alcohol nor drugs were involved in the accident.

The Pleasant Prairie Fire Department and two tow trucks were dispatched to get the front of the truck up and out of the house.
